There is no restocking fee if the product is unopened or if the purchase and the return both occur within: Purchases made during the holiday shopping season (November 1-December 24, 2019) can be returned until January 31, 2020. You can now use our online returns feature to return items that you ordered online or by phone and received by mail.

Items purchased in a store must be returned to a store. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased in a Big Lots Store, you may return most items to a store within 30 days of the date of purchase.
We will be extending our price adjustment policy outside the 14-day timeframe for in-store purchases. Once the product has been received by the customer, there will be no returns.
